This Old Navy location is disorganized and messy. The jeans were scattered across the different shelves, laying in different directions, and not folded properly, making it difficult to find the type of jeans I wanted and requiring me to remove jeans to find their sizes. Unfortunately, even though I attempted to put the pants back in an orderly way, this did contribute to the mess. The dressing rooms were dirty, with stuff on the floors. The one positive -- all of the staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful.
