  Absolutely LIVID with this branch. My family and I upgraded to the Iphone X we returned our leased Iphone 6+ and Iphone 7 to this store. We receieved a $1000 bill and where being charged for the returned phones. Called customer service and they said they never received it and that the store had to mark it in there systems. Called the store while on the phone with customer service and they said they sent back the phone December 30 even though we had activated our new phone NOVEMBER 3rd!!!!!!! To make things worse the MANAGER didnt know how to update the system!!! Dont walk away from this store RUN!!!!

  A smaller Sprint store focused on selling phones. Courteous and knowledgeable staff if that's your goal. I went to swap a phone. They do not stock SIM cards here, so they could not help me. They knew the Sprint store a couple miles away that could, however.

  Very friendly and knowledgeable. Got me in and out very quickly. Alan answered all of my questions and was a great help. I highly recommend him and the rest of this Sprint store.
