  Liars!!! They will lie to you all day to make a penny out of you. I am a business owner and I have over 10 devices from at&t. I have been a loyal at&t customer for years and dealt with may retailers, never have I been deceived. I had been busy and didn't have an chance to check what date Galaxy s8 was going to come out. I figured I could go to a store and ask. I went to this location and asked. They said it won't come out anytime soon and that I should buy s7 instead (knowing s8 was coming out within a month and half). I believed them and got two s7's, now I'm stuck with them for a minimum of 6 moths, paying the same price I would pay if I had gotten s8. After 6 moths, I would have to pay extra to upgrade to s8 months after it came out. Now I go out of my way and drive to the at&t on Duke St for any service. I added 5 devices afterwards, and I like the guys at the Duke St location. At&t needs to deal with this location though, as at&t almost lost my loyalty and I'm sure they will lose many customers.

  My mother went in to buy a phone and the sales person did not tell her abt the new iphone coming out in a few days, then they tried to charge me restocking fee to exchange it with the iphone 8.... i call the manager and Mr David decided to bribe me by saying 'you scratch my back and i scratch yours' so buy some accesories coz thats what we make our money on and we can forget abt the restocking fee.... wat???? Worst retail experience i have ever had. Bunch of thieves ... their home office took care of the charge but this location needs new management or you wont need a location soon enough.
